Job summary

Acorn Health in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a BCBA Program Supervisor to oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery. You will develop, supervise, and implement BIPs and Treatment Plans, and act as the clinical lead on cases while supervising Behavior Technicians.

You'll collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality ABA services across centers, homes, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Knowledge of best practices in autism treatment.
• Experience working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Develop, supervise and implement BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Serve as clinical lead on client cases, supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor programs, analyze data and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with families, schools and team members to apply best practices.
