Job summary

Acorn Health in Frederick, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a Program Supervisor to expand access to care. You will lead client assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise Behavior Technicians across clinical centers, homes, and community settings.

The role requires a BCBA, a master’s in ABA or related field, strong English communication, teamwork, and data‑informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift packages/equipment as needed.
• Comfortable working in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct initial and follow‑up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
• Develop, oversee and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians as clinical lead.
• Monitor and review client programs to analyze data and adjust treatment plans.
• Observe program implementation and provide training on interventions.
