Job summary

Acorn Health in Florida seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as Clinical Director in the ChampionsGate area. You will lead clinical operations and oversee BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs across clinics, homes, and community settings.

This leadership role requires a master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and 3+ years of BCBA experience, with strong data skills and payer-relations ability. We offer an incentive bonus, benefits, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and active BCBA certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in autism treatment.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects and meetings.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of service, quality and growth initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of services, including staff and scheduling.
• Enforce clinical policies and procedures.
• Create a therapeutic environment and consider client input in treatment plans.
• Provide clinical management to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Address supervisee progress using relevant data and problem solving.
• Conduct staff and caregiver trainings.
• Stay current with literature and attend relevant conferences/workshops.
• Complete annual evaluations for BCBAs, BCaBAs, and ABA Supervisors.
• Identify performance improvements to achieve measurable client outcomes.
• Maintain a reduced clinical caseload and direct client care when needed.
• Assist in hiring behavior technicians and clinicians.
• Coordinate with HR and administrative teams on staff and payer relations.
• Participate in required meetings with Regional Clinical Director.
