Job summary

Damar Services, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the ABA Program Manager team in Avon or Southwest Indianapolis, IN. The role provides clinical oversight, develops treatment plans, and guides RBTs in delivering ABA services to children with autism.

The Program Manager will lead data-driven decisions, attend meetings, and ensure progress according to individualized plans. Minimum master’s degree with BCBA certification and Indiana license required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with autism spectrum disorders.
• Indiana Behavior Analyst License required.
• Ability to pass CPR Certification and background checks.
• Minimum age 18 and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and development of treatment plans for assigned client caseload.
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with 5% supervision.
• Attend meetings, provide training, and deliver feedback as a clinic leader.
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans and training materials accordingly.
• Manage a caseload of 30 hours per week and ensure high-quality ABA program delivery.
• Collaborate with Program Director to review assessments, plans, and protocols.
