Damar Services, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Manager to lead our ABA program. You will develop treatment plans, provide clinical oversight, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high quality services for children with autism.

The role requires a Master’s degree and BCBA, Indiana license, and at least two years’ autism experience with BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and BCBA required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with autism spectrum disorders.
• Indiana Behavior Analyst License required.
• Ability to pass Critical Moments Training (CMT) and CPR certifications.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans and provide clinical oversight.
• Supervise RBTs and participate in data collection and analysis.
• Attend meetings, provide training and feedback; support program team.
• Manage a caseload of 30 hours per week; coordinate across settings.
• Apply ABA principles and adjust plans as progress is made.
