Damar Services, LLC in Southwest Indianapolis is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Manager to lead our ABA program. This role oversees treatment planning, data analysis, and supervision of RBTs across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with autism spectrum disorders.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a BCBA.
• Indiana Behavior Analyst License current.
• Must pass Critical Moments Training Certification.
• Must pass CPR Certification.
• Clear background and no disqualifying convictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to RBTs (5%).
• Complete RBT performance checklists.
• Maintain caseload of 30 hours per week.
• Manage ABA program across clinic, home, school, and community.
• Review assessments and update treatment plans at least every 6 months.
• Uphold data collection and use data to improve outcomes.
