Damar Services, LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our ABA Program as a Program Manager. You will lead clinical oversight, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure data-driven decision making across client caseloads.

The role requires Indiana licensure and BCBA certification, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities span clinic, home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA required.
• 2+ years with autism, 18 months ABA.
• Indiana Behavior Analyst License.
• Pass CMT certification.
• Pass CPR certification.
• Must be 18+.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license.
• Clear felony background.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5% supervision to RBTs on assigned team.
• Develop and adjust client treatment plans and supervise implementation.
