Software Placement Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its Rhode Island clinical team. The position focuses on delivering ABA services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, guiding frontline staff and partnering with families and schools.

Responsibilities include assessments, intervention planning, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with families to support progress. On-site, with a flexible FT/PT schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience conducting ABA assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Willingness to work FT/PT, on-site in Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate client needs and behavioral challenges.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
• Oversee the implementation of ABA programs for clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Monitor and adjust intervention plans based on data and outcomes.
