Job summary

Jobot is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for center-based clinics in the greater Boston area. This full-time position features a capped caseload, substantial base salary, sign-on bonus, and monthly bonuses, with multiple locations available.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience in a center-based/clinic setting
• Strong background in early intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Hands-on, in-person care and team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee and supervise RBTs, providing ongoing training and support
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programs as needed
• Collaborate with families and provide parent/caregiver training
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery
