Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services seeks a full-time BCBA to provide ABA services across Nassau and Suffolk counties. The role includes conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, and supervising therapists in home, school, or community settings.

You will collaborate with families and clinicians, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and participate in ongoing training and supervision. Travel to cases is required; schedule includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA and LBA are required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Availability afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct services in Early Intervention Program.
• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers on goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create measurable goals for therapists and caregivers to implement.
