Qualifications
- Master’s degree in related field.
- Must hold BCBA certification and active license.
- KY state license as an Applied Behavior Analyst.
- One year BCBA experience preferred.
- Passion for helping kids through individualized care.
- Team player with collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
- Assess, develop, implement, and document positive behavior plans.
- Supervise RBTs and BCaBAs; train and guide programming.
- Identify resources and support information for families.
- Provide ongoing training and behavioral intervention to team and caregivers.
- Prepare daily EMR notes and ensure billing of services.
- Refer for additional services as needed.
- Complete required supervisory documentation per state rules.
