Job summary

Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) is opening a new clinic serving the Chattanooga area, committed to compassionate, individualized care for children and families. As a BCBA on our team, you will assess, develop, implement, and document positive behavior plans used across settings to help kids communicate, participate in activities, and reduce challenging behaviors.

You will supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, train staff, collaborate with families, and maintain detailed EMR notes and billing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• BCBA certification, current and unrestricted.
• Active KY state license as an ABA.
• One year of BCBA experience preferred.
• Passion for helping kids with individualized care.
• Team player with collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide programming for RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Identify resources and support information for patients and families.
• Complete assessments and develop behavior plans.
• Provide ongoing training of behavioral interventions to the team.
• Document daily treatment notes and ensure billing.
• Refer patients for additional services as needed.
• Meet supervisory requirements per state board.
