Total Care ABA in Tennessee is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team focused on delivering excellent ABA services to children with ethical practice at the core. The role supports a mission to empower children to reach their potential and to uphold high professional standards.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs/therapists, designing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and reviewing data in Catalyst.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification or be eligible for certification.
• Experience supervising RBTs/therapists and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong data analysis and program design skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RBTs/Therapists implementation of programs
• Program for skill acquisitions and behavior reduction programs
• Conduct quarter competency assessments
• Review all behavior and skill acquisition data through Catalyst
