Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in related field.
• Active KY state license as a BCBA (Applied Behavior Analyst).
• Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• One year of BCBA experience preferred.
• Passion for helping kids grow through individualized, affirming care.
• Collaborative team player with cross-disciplinary teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Assess, develop, implement, and document positive behavior treatment plans across settings.
• Supervise and train RBTs and BCaBAs, and revise behavior plans.
• Identify and provide resources and support information for patients and families.
• Complete assessments and develop behavior plans addressing concerns.
• Provide ongoing training of behavioral intervention to team and caregivers.
• Maintain daily treatment notes in EMR and manage billing.
• Make referrals for additional patient services as needed.
• Complete required supervisory documentation as per state board.
