Job summary

Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead assessment, development, and documentation of positive behavior plans across settings for pediatric clients in Indiana. You will supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, support families, and ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, ongoing training, and compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
• Current, unrestricted BCBA certification.
• Active Kentucky state license as an Applied Behavior Analyst.
• One year of BCBA experience preferred.
• Passion for helping kids grow through individualized, affirming care.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, implement, and document positive behavior plans across settings.
• Supervise and train RBTs and BCaBAs; revise behavior plans.
• Provide guidance and resources for patients and families.
• Offer ongoing support and training to the therapy team and caregivers.
• Document daily treatment notes in EMR and assist with billing.
