Job summary

Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess, design, implement, and document positive behavior treatment plans across settings. The goal is to equip kids to communicate, participate in activities, and learn through individualized strategies.

You’ll supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, collaborate with families and other clinicians, complete documentation and billing in the EMR, and refer for additional services when needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Active BCBA certification and KY license.
• 1 year of BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop behavior plans across settings to improve communication and participation.
• Supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, train staff, and revise plans as needed.
• Coordinate resources for patients and families, provide ongoing support.
• Document daily treatment notes and billing in the EMR system.

Education
