Therapy Associates ABA Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Northern New Jersey. This in-person role focuses on comprehensive ABA assessments, supervision, and direct services for children, helping families through collaboration and evidence-based interventions.

You will supervise RBTs, monitor client progress, and work closely with families and professionals to ensure cohesive care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with families and the team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and support staff.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
