Therapy Associates ABA Services in Northern New Jersey seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role focuses on comprehensive ABA assessments, supervision of RBTs, and direct services for children.

You will work closely with families and other professionals to ensure holistic care, maintain compliant documentation, and contribute to positive developmental outcomes in a supportive, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Provide direct supervision to RBTs and support staff.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Educate families on behavioral strategies and interventions.
