Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based ABA services. The role blends in-person supervision and telehealth, with travel up to 30 miles for client sessions and parent training.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and adjust BIPs, train BTs and RBTs, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New Jersey.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments, including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop individualized BIPs based on assessment outcomes.
• Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs.
• Train and supervise BTs/RBTs and other team members.
• Monitor client progress toward treatment goals and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure accurate data collection for all target behaviors and treatment objectives.
• Analyze treatment data to guide clinical decisions.
• Provide ongoing training and support to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, and therapists for holistic care.
• Communicate regularly with families to share updates and recommendations.
