Therapy Associates ABA Services in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, provide supervision to RBTs, and deliver direct services to children.

You will collaborate with families and professionals to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, ensure accurate documentation, and support developmental progress through evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and team members.
