Therapy Associates ABA Services in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for in-person work. You will conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, provide supervision to RBTs, and tailor treatment plans to children with autism and related developmental needs.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, monitor progress, and maintain compliant documentation while delivering education on effective behavioral strategies for families.

Qualifications
