Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver compassionate, evidence-based autism therapy in a pediatric center. You will design intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff, collaborating daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to support each child’s development.

This full-time role offers total compensation $70,125–$109,938, with bonuses, a hybrid schedule including two WFH days per month, relocation support, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct FBAs and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care tailored to each child’s needs.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, plan-of-care (POC) updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.

Education
