Job summary

Soap Creek Resources in Phoenix, AZ seeks a BCBA with strong leadership to oversee ABA treatment programs for pediatric clients.

You will supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists, develop data-driven plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families, schools, and other clinicians across home, clinic, and community settings.

Candidates must hold BCBA certification and a Master’s in a relevant field, with pediatric autism experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification issued by BACB with state licensing requirements for Arizona.
• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage a hybrid workflow.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & evaluations to identify strengths, target needs, and progress.
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focusing on communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists with fidelity and ethical compliance.
• Monitor progress using data, adjust plans as children develop.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to support the child across settings.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination across clinic, home, and community environments.
