Hopebridge in North Carolina seeks a BCBA to deliver evidence-based pediatric autism therapy in a collaborative center setting. You will design individualized intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff across disciplines.

You will partner with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists, while guiding RBTs and BCBA Fellows, and supporting families to ensure consistent care at home and clinic.

Formación

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Guide and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and plan-of-care updates during work-from-home days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure home and clinic consistency.
