Job summary

Metrocare Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and monitor behavior interventions for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This full-time role emphasizes individualized, trauma-informed care.

The BCBA will be responsible for behavior assessments, parent training, and staff training. Candidates should have at least a Master's in Applied Behavioral Analysis and experience with children ages 3 to 12.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in delivery of ABA to the autism population.
• Experience with children ages 3 to 12.
• Experience in Autism specific ABA/PBS program development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor clear behavior reduction plans.
• Provide mandatory parent and caregiver training.
