Job summary

A leading behavior intervention company in California is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for adults on the autism spectrum. This role involves effective collaboration with a team of therapists to enhance client quality of life through evidence-based practices. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Must have current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Ability to travel and possess a valid CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create intervention programs.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing education and supervision.
• Travel to client locations for assessments and meetings.
