Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA treatment programs for children on the autism spectrum in Wisconsin. You will oversee clinical staff, provide training, and ensure quality treatment across modalities.

Responsibilities include supervising clinicians, coordinating care, generating reports, and supporting funding processes with families and insurers. A collaborative, family-centered approach is required.

Qualifications

• Experience utilizing applied behavior analysis with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills for clinical staff.
