Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed and meet state requirements.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience providing behavior services to children with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Provide supervision to clinical staff and ensure quality treatment per standards of care.
• Collaborate with families and other clinicians to optimize client outcomes and coordinate funding.
