Job summary

Hopebridge in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to design and supervise behavior intervention plans for pediatric learners. You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary center with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to deliver evidence-based care.

In this role, you will mentor RBTs and BCBA Fellows, conduct FBAs, and develop individualized programs while coordinating with families for consistent progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the practice state is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care: perform FBAs and design individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to deliver holistic care.
• Mentor and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and POC updates during work-from-home days.
• Provide training and support to families to ensure home and clinic consistency.
