Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based pediatric autism therapy team in Florida. You will design individualized intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff while collaborating daily with SLPs, OTs, and Psychologists.

You will work in a fully equipped center, with structured onboarding, mentorship, and opportunities to advance your clinical leadership within a mission-driven, Medicaid-friendly network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care tailored to each child's needs.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, plan-of-care (POC) updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.

Education
