Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team in a clinic-based setting. You will supervise ABA Technicians, train staff and families, develop ABA-based skill acquisition and behavior plans, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and mentoring supervisory level clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to ABA Technicians ensuring high-quality client care.
• Train staff and families on IPOS and behavior treatment plans before service initiation.
• Develop tailored skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
