Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy seeks a passionate BCaBA to join our multidisciplinary team in Southeast Michigan. You will supervise ABA Technicians, train parents and staff on IPOS and behavior plans, and craft individualized ABA programs to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Experience mentoring clinical staff and supervisees.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to ABA Technicians for high-quality client care.
• Train staff and parents on IPOS and behavior treatment plans before service initiation.
• Develop tailored skill acquisition programs and ABA-based behavior plans for each child.
