Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Dearborn is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join a collaborative team providing pediatric ABA within a clinic setting.

You will supervise ABA Technicians, train families on behavior plans, and develop individualized interventions while tracking progress and maintaining documentation. This full-time role includes a sign-on bonus and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification from BACB.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and mentoring clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to ABA Technicians to ensure high-quality client care.
• Train staff and parents on IPOS and behavior treatment plans before service initiation.
• Develop tailored skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
• Continuously monitor and adjust behavior plans to align with progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including weekly supervision notes on progress and data.
• Conduct initial assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK) at intake and every six months.
• Participate in staff meetings and training workshops to promote professional growth.
