Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring a Fee For Service, Hourly Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve Northern VA and Metro DC. You will assess children with ASD, design intervention plans, and supervise therapists to ensure effective, data-driven programs.

Strong supervision and caregiver collaboration are emphasized. Your background should include BCBA/LBA certification, a Master’s in a relevant field, and at least one year of ABA supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA certification are required for this role.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to set goals and plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans and create measurable goals for staff to implement.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists with feedback.
• Review session notes regularly and analyze data to guide program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized and maintain caregiver involvement and communication.
• Perform reassessments at least twice yearly and summarize progress for clients.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal laws.
