Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-center team in North Carolina. You will lead evidence-based ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to set personalized goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB and licensure in applicable states.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active during sessions.

Responsabilités

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with families after a thorough assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a child-centered setting using play-based strategies.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Take part in peer collaboration and professional development guided by ABC's clinical leaders.
