Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Mechanicsburg (Rossmoyne). You will deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, manage a manageable caseload, and supervise up to five RBTs. Collaboration with clinical leaders and ongoing compliance are key.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from the BACB is required.
• State licensure where required by state.
• Experience with ABA services for children with autism.
• Strong communication and clinic-based teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage up to 10 clients and 28 billable hours per week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality.
• Maintain ethical documentation and BACB/state compliance.
