Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional BCBAs to join our team across center, home, and school settings in Illinois. We offer full-time or part-time roles with sign-on and relocation bonuses, and a supportive environment where you can focus on delivering quality ABA care.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to ensure progress. Travel up to 25% is required; reliable commute or relocation is expected.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children and teens with ASD.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%.
• Willingness to relocate if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
