Job summary

Westside Clinic in Lombard, IL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical ABA services. You will mentor RBTs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality care for children with special needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible in Illinois.
• Experience in a clinic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
• Complete and submit required documentation, including evaluations and progress reports per guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support comprehensive care.
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.
