RUSH Kids is seeking a licensed BCBA to serve as Assistant Center Manager in Lake Barrington, IL. The role leads the ABA program and coordinates an outpatient therapy team, with opportunities for advancement to a center manager position.

Compensation ranges from 83,000 to 90,000 USD annually, with an 8,000 USD bonus and student loan repayment assistance. Full benefits, mentorship, and CEU opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

Responsabilidades

• Set a high standard of care and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain documentation with goals, progress, and medical necessity
• Oversee ABA program and outpatient therapy team including PP, PT, OT, SLP
