Little Scholars is seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in Downey, California. You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs that promote lifelong learning and independence for children with autism and related developmental needs.

We welcome Student Analysts working toward BCBA certification to gain high-quality clinical experience in a supportive environment, with supervision and mentorship as part of the team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing; BCBA-D preferred.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with ASD.
• Experience conducting assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
• Strong leadership and family-centered care commitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct FBAs, skills assessments, and ongoing evaluations.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Review data and modify programs based on progress.
• Collaborate with families and educators for consistency across settings.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain clinical documentation per BACB standards.
• Participate in clinical meetings and professional development.
