Little Scholars is seeking a compassionate BCBA to design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism and developmental needs. Join a collaborative clinical team and mentor RBTs/BTs in a supportive environment.

We also welcome Student Analysts pursuing BCBA eligibility. Expect meaningful family partnerships, data-driven practice, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing; BCBA-D preferred.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with ASD and developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting FBAs and standardized assessment tools (FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on each child's strengths and needs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments, skills assessments, and ongoing evaluations to guide programming.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Review client data regularly and modify programs based on data.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals for consistency.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation per BACB standards and company policies.
• Participate in clinical meetings, team collaboration, and ongoing professional development.
