Job summary

Faithful Steps Therapy Solutions of the Big Country is seeking a BCBA to oversee ABA therapy for children with developmental delays, ASD, and related needs. You will design, implement, and supervise treatment programs based on ABA principles, and build strong relationships with families and staff to support effective care.

This role includes conducting functional assessments, data-driven progress reporting, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• At least two years of related professional experience working with children with ASD.
• Experience writing ABA programs and analyzing/graphing data.
• Expertise in empirically evaluated assessment/intervention strategies for ASD.
• Background in a multi-disciplinary team is preferred.
• Knowledge of BACB ethics and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Create and oversee ABA-based treatment programs.
• Provide family guidance per payor guidelines.
• Develop and deliver intervention activities per treatment plan.
• Monitor client progress by graphing and analyzing data.
• Supervise BTs and RBTs as required.
• Produce progress reports and treatment plans for regulatory/funding bodies.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Travel to homes and community locations as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and mandated reporting compliance.
