Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Cameron, NC is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to deliver in-center ABA services. The position offers flexible full-time or part-time hours and a supportive, mentor-led clinical team with opportunities for professional growth.

You will conduct assessments, develop individual goals, train staff, and partner with families to improve outcomes for children on the spectrum.

Qualifications

• Licensed BCaBA required or eligible in Cameron, NC.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field; with one year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland).
• Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans for home, community, and center.
• Train, support, and mentor RBTs and the clinical team.
• Lead parent training sessions to empower families.
• Collaborate with educators and providers to deliver the best care.
• Contribute to team growth and program development.
• Fulfill duties as BCaBA in Cameron, NC.
