Nucleus Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to oversee our trusted partner's ABA clinic in Cameron, NC. This position leads a clinic-based team and drives high-quality outcomes for pediatric clients across home, community, and center settings.

Qualifications

Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field.
BCBA license required.
Proficiency in ABA assessments and treatment plan development.
Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families.

Responsibilities

Conduct and interpret skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction assessments while prioritizing safety and medical necessity.
Create individualized, evidence‑based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
Train, support, and advocate for your RBTs.
Provide meaningful, socially valid family guidance to your clients’ caregivers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other service providers across a variety of therapeutic disciplines to create a comprehensive treatment team for your client.
