Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will conduct assessments, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, adherence to BACB ethics, and ongoing professional development within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Current Michigan LBA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA programs and behavior plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Provide supervision and coaching to technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
• Maintain documentation, data collection, and billing accurately.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and Michigan regulations.
