Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing, MI seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA services for children with autism. You will develop individualized treatment plans, analyze learner data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll provide clinical supervision to staff, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with BACB, Michigan licensure, and HIPAA requirements while advancing clinical quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and BCBA certification.
• Michigan LBA eligibility or licensure required.
• Experience building ABA programs and behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized ABA programs and behavior plans.
• Conduct and interpret assessments including functional behavior assessments.
• Use data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment.
• Provide supervision to staff and families in ABA methods.
• Complete documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and HIPAA.
