Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is offering an ABA Apprentice position in Midwest City, OK. You will gain supervised hands-on experience under senior BCBAs, progressing toward BCBA eligibility and independent practice.

The program provides a tailored study plan, real case work, and ongoing mentorship from the Learning & Development team to prepare you for the BCBA exam and your first BCBA role.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• BACB verified Masters or post-graduate coursework sequence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients under BCBA supervision.
• Support BCBAs and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and data analysis.
• Review literature related to client programs.
