Job summary

A leading behavioral therapy provider in Edmond, OK is seeking an ABA Apprentice to bridge the gap between graduate school and independent practice. This role includes hands-on learning with experienced BCBAs, conducting therapy, and supporting training for staff and caregivers. The ideal candidate should be nearing completion of a BACB verified Masters program and hold an active RBT certification. Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Must complete at least 60% of BACB supervision requirements.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload.
• Conduct therapy with clients assigned to respective BCBAs.
• Support BCBAs and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist in parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
