A leading ABA therapy provider in Norman, Oklahoma is seeking an ABA Apprentice. This role provides hands-on learning under experienced BCBAs, with a tailored study plan for the BCBA exam. Ideal candidates have completed their BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework and hold an active RBT certification. Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini‑caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
