Job summary

Behavioral Innovations (BI) is offering an ABA Apprentice role in Houston, Texas. This position provides a structured program designed to bridge the gap between graduate school and BCBA certification, supporting apprentices in gaining practical experience while preparing for the BCBA exam.

Apprentices will receive hands-on learning opportunities, mentorship from experienced BCBAs, and a tailored BCBA readiness plan. The position also includes competitive compensation at $25/hour and several benefits, including 15 days of PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing BACB verified coursework.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide training.
